Please read these Terms of Service ("Terms", "Terms of Service") carefully before using the https://www.cruxave.org website (the "Service") operated by IMMACULATA MINISTRIES ("us", "we", or "our").

Your access to and use of the Service is conditioned upon your acceptance of and compliance with these Terms. These Terms apply to all members who wish to access or use the Service.  Access and use of the Service is regulated and determined by IMMACULATA MINISTRIES and is solely restricted to members of IMMACULATA MINISTRIES as described below.

By accessing or using the Service, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you disagree with any part of the terms, then you do not have permission to access the Service.

Membership Requirement

Access to and use of the CruxAve.org private member association is exclusive to members of Immaculata Ministries, a Private Ministerial Association (“PMA”). By signing up for an account, whether free or paid, you voluntarily agree to become a member of Immaculata Ministries and are bound by the terms and conditions of membership as outlined in this agreement and the general membership application. Membership can be terminated at any time by the member.

Private Domain Operation

IT IS HEREBY Declared that members are exercising their right of “freedom of association” as guaranteed by the First and Fourteenth Amendments of the U.S. Constitution and equivalent provisions of the various state constitutions. This means that our Association and all activities within the Service are restricted to the private domain only. CruxAve.org operates within the private domain of Immaculata Ministries and is not subject to standard public oversight. As a member you acknowledge that your use of the service is governed by the private rules and agreements of the PMA.

Use of Service

As a member you agree to use CruxAve.org in a manner consistent with the purpose of Immaculata Ministries and not for any unlawful or prohibited activities. Abusive, violent, menacing, heretical, apostate, schismatic, destructive, or harassing behavior is strictly prohibited. As a member you agree that while using the Service you have freely chosen to change your legal status as a public client to a private member of the PMA.

Content

Our Service allows you to post, link, store, share and otherwise make available certain information, text, graphics, videos, or other material ("Content"). You are responsible for the Content that you post on or through the Service, including its legality, reliability, and appropriateness.

Accounts

When you create an account with us, you guarantee that you are a baptized Catholic in good standing, that you are above the age of 18, and that the information you provide us is accurate, complete, and current at all times. Inaccurate, incomplete, or obsolete information may result in the immediate termination of your account on the Service.

Termination of Membership

Immaculata Ministries reserves the right to terminate the membership of any member who violates these Terms of Service or engages in conduct detrimental to the Association or its members as determined by Immaculata Ministries.

Amendments

These Terms of Service may be amended from time to time by Immaculata Ministries. Members will be notified of any changes and continued use of CruxAve.org will constitute acceptance of the revised terms.

Governing Law

This agreement is governed by the common law of the private domain of Immaculata Ministries and not by statutory or regulatory law of public government.

Dispute Resolution

Any disputes arising from the use of CruxAve.org will be resolved within the framework of Immaculata Ministries and not through public legal channels.

Acknowledgment

You affirm that you do not represent any State or Federal agency. You understand that you can withdraw from this agreement and terminate your membership in this Association at any time. By using CruxAve.org, you as a member acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agreed to these Terms of Service and that your questions have been answered fully to your satisfaction.
